Drought restrictions have been downgraded to Stage 1 as of October 3, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.

Fulshear Municipal Utility District No. 3A has instituted Stage 1 of its Drought Contingency Plan. Your cooperation is imperative to provide adequate water and water pressure to the community.

The following steps are VOLUNTARY at this time and apply to all persons:

  1. Customers are requested to voluntarily limit the irrigation of landscaped areas with hose-end sprinklers or automatic irrigation systems to Sundays and Thursdays for customers with a street address ending in an even number (0, 2, 4, 6 or 8), and Saturdays and Wednesdays for water customers with a street address ending in an odd number (1, 3, 5, 7 or 9). Avoid irrigation from 5:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. However, irrigation of landscaped areas is permitted at any time if it is by means of a hand-held hose, a faucet filled bucket or watering can of five (5) gallons or less, or drip irrigation system.
  2. All operations of the District shall adhere to water use restrictions prescribed for Stage 1 of the Plan.
  3. Customers are requested to practice water conservation and to minimize or discontinue water use for non-essential purposes.

Your voluntary adherence to these Stage 1 steps is appreciated.

Notice of Public Hearing on Tax Rate

The Fulshear Municipal Utility District No. 3A will hold a public hearing on a proposed tax rate for the tax year 2023 on September 26, 2023 at 12:00 (Noon) at 30757 Jordan Crossing Blvd., Fulshear, Texas 77423. Your individual taxes may increase at a greater or lesser rate, or even decrease, depending on the tax rate that is adopted and on the change in the taxable value of your property in relation to the change in taxable value of all other property. The change in the taxable value of your property in relation to the change in the taxable value of all other property determines the distribution of the tax burden among all property owners.
